We enjoy meeting with young and old alike who are interested in learning more about our organization and the work we do to safeguard endangered Whooping cranes from extinction. Although our focus is safeguarding endangered Whooping cranes, all of us on the Operation Migration team realize that the scientific and educational aspects of his project are equally important. Appearances and presentations help to raise awareness, educate and promote a better understanding of the importance and value of the conservation of all species and their habitats. To this end, OM Team members make themselves available to present our story authentic detail and dramatic photographic images. From school classrooms to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, our team has spoke to audiences of all ages and all interests. If your organization is interested in having one of our team members speak at your event and tell the story of what its like to work closely with one of the worlds most endangered species - or fly beside these ancient creatures, please let us know. Because the presenters who tell the story to your group are also the people who work with the birds they are not always available, but if you would like to extend an invitation to one of our speakers/presenters, please fill out all of the fields in the form below and click submit. Due to the number of speaker/presentation requests we receive, and the cost to replace our speakers when they are 'off-project', we have had to institute a minimum ‘Speaker’s fee’. This fee is designed to cover our base costs, including travel expenses, meals and accommodation as may be required.
